Holidaybreak plc have today been advised by Citigroup, on behalf of Standard
Life Investments, that following a purchase of 205,000 ordinary 5p shares by
Standard Life Investments on 22 December 2003, Standard Life Group now have a
material interest in 1,523,909 ordinary shares representing 3.219% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
