Holidaybreak plc have today been advised by Aviva plc that following sales on 28
November 2003 totalling 321,818 ordinary 5p shares, Aviva plc and its subsidiary
Morley Fund Management Limited are now interested in 2,864,461 ordinary shares
representing 6.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
