behalf of it's subsidiary Morley Fund Management Limited, and on behalf of Aviva
plc pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 (the "Act").

On 25 March 2004 The Aviva Group had a material interest for the purposes
of the Act in 3,379,461 ordinary shares of 5p each representing 7.14% of
Holidaybreak plc's issued capital.
