Launch of offering of $500 million senior notes

Harbour Energy announces today that it has launched an offering (the "Offering") of $500 million five year Rule 144A/Regulation S senior notes (the "Notes"). The offering of the Notes, the interest rate, the offering price and certain other terms will be determined at the time of pricing of the Notes, subject to market conditions.
Harbour Energy intends to use the gross proceeds of the Offering to repay in full and cancel its Shell Junior Facility, partially repay drawings under its senior secured reserves-based lending facility and for transaction fees and expenses.
