Notifiable Interest
The Company was informed by a letter dated 2 July 2003 that Fidelity
International Limited (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries including
Fidelity Investment Services ("FISL") and Fidelity Pension Management ("FPM"),
being non-beneficial holders, hold 1,266,416 ordinary shares in Holidaybreak,
representing 2.68% of the entire issued share capital of the Company. The
