                           Holidaybreak plc Workshop

             One Rapidly Evolving Group: Three Quality Businesses
                       Hotel Breaks, Adventure & Camping

Holidaybreak plc (LSE: HBR), the provider of specialist holidays, will be
running a workshop starting at 10:00am today at Buchanan Communications, 107
Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.

The workshop will provide institutional shareholders and sector analysts with a
review of the three business units: Hotel Breaks, Adventure and Camping.  Mark
Wray and Nick Cust, Joint Managing Directors of the Hotel Breaks Division; Simon
Tobin, Managing Director of the Adventure Holidays Division and Matthew
Cheetham, Managing Director of the Camping Division, will each present a
strategic review of the respective business models and product offerings,
operations, structure and management teams together with a summary of trading
for 2004 and plans and prospects for 2005 and beyond.

Bob Ayling, Chairman; Richard Atkinson, Group Chief Executive and Bob Baddeley,
Group Finance Director, will also be present at the meeting.
