ANNUAL INFORMATION DOCUMENT

HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE") is a closed-end investment
company which is listed on Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext and has been
admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Market (SFM) of the London Stock
Exchange.

This is an annual information document as required pursuant to Section 5:25f of
the Dutch Financial Markets Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht, the
"FMSA"). It has been filed with the Netherlands Authority for the Financial
Markets (Autoriteit Financiele Markten) and made available to the public by way
