    HARBOURVEST GLOBAL PRIVATE EQUITY RELEASES INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT

HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE" or the "Company"), a
closed-end investment company listed on Euronext Amsterdam and the Specialist
Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange, has today filed its Interim Management
Statement ("IMS").  This relates to the period from 1 February 2010 through to
16 June 2010 (inclusive) and the financial period from 1 February 2010 through
to 31 May 2010 ("the interim period").
