Block Admission Application

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission
for 4,620,831 Ordinary Shares of 1p  each to be admitted to trading on the AIM
market upon their issuance. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing 
issued Ordinary Shares


The block admission consists of ordinary shares to be issued upon the exercise
of the Company's Enterprise Management  Incentive Scheme and Unapproved Share
Option Scheme.
