Directorate Appointment
Hardide plc (AIM:HDD), the provider of unique surface engineering technology, is
pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Davenport as Finance Director and a
Board Director of the Company. Since June 2005, Peter Davenport has been
Financial Controller of the Company.
Jim Murray-Smith, Chief Executive, said: 'Since Peter joined Hardide in June
2005 it has been clear that he is the right candidate to take the position of
Finance Director on the Board of Hardide and we are delighted that he has taken
up the opportunity. We look forward to his continued contribution towards
Hardide's future success.'
Peter Neil Davenport, aged 39, has a proven track record in industry and was
previously a Financial Controller at the UK division of Valspar Corporation, a
NYSE-listed company involved in the manufacture of coatings.
There is no other information that falls to be disclosed under Schedule 2
paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
