Exercise of Options
Hardide plc (AIM: HDD), the provider of surface coating technology announces that it has applied for the admission to trading on AIM of a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which have been issued pursuant to an exercise of options over Ordinary Shares by an employee of the Company.
Accordingly, the Company has applied for the 1,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and admission is expected to become effective on 15 December 2017 ("Admission").
The Company advises that, following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 1,636,899,479 Ordinary Shares all with voting rights. The above figure of 1,636,899,479 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
