                      Interim Results - Tuesday 28 June 2005

Hardide plc, the provider of unique surface engineering technology, advises that
it will be announcing its maiden Interim Results for the period to 4 April 2005
on Tuesday 28 June 2005.

An analyst briefing given by Jim Murray-Smith, Chief Executive, will be held at
09.30 am on Tuesday, 28 June 2005 at Abchurch Communications Ltd, 5th Floor, 100
