Result of EGM - Approval of C Share Offer for subscription to raise up to £25
million
The Board is pleased to announce that at the EGM held yesterday shareholders
approved all resolutions, as detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 9
September 2005, in order to raise up to £25 million by an offer for subscription
of C ordinary shares of 5 pence each at an offer price of £1 per share and
approved the related party transactions set out in the circular.
A copy of the Offer for Subscription document has been submitted to the
Financial Services Authority and will be available for inspection shortly at the
FSA's document viewing facility that is situated at:
