Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons  

This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).  

On 13^th May 2010, the Company received notification that on 13^th May 2010, Mr Lee Gardhouse, a PDMR, purchased a total of 12,350 ordinary shares at a price of 361.844 pence per share.  

There has been a de minimis increase in Mr Gardhouse's resultant share holding as a result of this transaction and it is currently 1,068,729 ordinary shares representing 0.23% of issued share capital.  

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR transaction.  The transaction took place in Bristol on 13^th May 2010.
