Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons  

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).  

On 18^th June 2010, the Company received notification that on 16^th June Mr Lee Gardhouse, a PDMR, sold a total of 3,462 ordinary shares at a price of 345.20 pence per share.  On the same day, the Company received notification that on 16^th June, Mrs Helen Gardhouse, a Connected Person, sold a total of 827 ordinary shares at a price of 345.20 pence per share.  

In addition, on 17^th June 2010, Mr Gardhouse sold a total of 88,000 ordinary shares at a price of 342.68 pence per share.

Mr Gardhouse's resultant share holding (including those of his connected persons) has reduced by 0.02% of issued share capital as a result of these transactions and is currently 973,879 ordinary shares representing 0.21% of issued share capital.  

On 18^th June, the Company received notification that on 18^th June Mrs Tracey Taylor, a PDMR, sold a total of 201,175 ordinary shares at a price of 347 pence per share.  On the same day, the Company received notification that on 18^th June, Mr Jon Taylor, a Connected Person, bought a total of 2,616 ordinary shares at a price of 347 pence per share.  

Mrs Taylor's resultant share holding (including those of her connected persons) has reduced by 0.04% of issued share capital as a result of these transactions and is currently 721,441 ordinary shares representing 0.15% of issued share capital.  

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR and Connected Persons transactions.  The transactions took place in Bristol on 16^th, 17^th and 18^th June 2010.
