Hargreaves Lansdown PLC ("the Company") announces that as a result of the maturity of the Hargreaves Lansdown Share Incentive Plan on 8 November 2011 it was notified on 8 November that the PDMR's shown below each became the beneficial owners of 12,650 Hargreaves Lansdown plc 0.4p ordinary shares. The shares were granted to all eligible employees, including directors, with an HMRC approved market value of £2.09 in November 2006.
