Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons  

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).  

On 16^th March 2010, the Company received notification that on 15^th March 2010, Mr Ian Hunter, a PDMR, sold a total of 159,774 ordinary shares at a price of 345 pence per share and on 16^th March 2010, Mr Hunter sold a further 48,000 ordinary shares at a price of 345 pence per share.  

Mr Hunter's resultant share holding has reduced by 0.04% of issued share capital as a result of these transactions and is currently 725,576 ordinary shares representing 0.15% of issued share capital.  

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR and Connected Persons transactions.  The transactions took place in Bristol on 15^th and 16^th March 2010.
