22^nd March 2010

Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons  

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).  

On 19^th March 2010, the Company received notification from Mr Nigel Bence, a PDMR, that on 19^th March 2010, his wife Mrs Clair Bence, a Connected Person, sold a total of 183,523 ordinary shares at a price of 350 pence per share.  

Mr Bence's resultant share holding (including those of his connected persons) has reduced by 0.04% of issued share capital as a result of these transactions and is currently 377,684 ordinary shares representing 0.08% of issued share capital.  

On 22^nd March 2010, the Company received notification of the following trades:  

On 22^nd March 2010, Mr Lee Gardhouse, a PDMR, sold a total of 3,655 ordinary shares at a price of 345.135 pence per share.  On the same day, his wife Mrs Helen Gardhouse, a Connected Person, sold a total of 2,940 ordinary shares at a price of 345.135 pence per share.  

There has been a de minimis reduction to Mr Gardhouse's resultant share holding (including those of his connected persons) as a result of these transactions and it is currently 1,056,379 ordinary shares representing 0.22% of issued share capital.    

On 22^nd March 2010, Mrs Tracey Taylor, a PDMR, sold a total of 3,450 ordinary shares at a price of 345.135 pence per share.  On the same day, her husband Mr Jon Taylor, a Connected Person, sold a total of 1,550 ordinary shares at a price of 345.2669 pence per share.

There has been a de minimis reduction to Mrs Taylor's resultant share holding (including those of her connected persons) as a result of these transactions and it is currently 920,000 ordinary shares representing 0.19% of issued share capital.    

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR and Connected Persons transactions.  The transactions took place in Bristol on 19^th and 22^nd March 2010.
