Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons  

This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).  

On 10^th September 2010, the Company received notification that Mrs Judith Marson, wife of Nick Marson, a PDMR, sold a total of 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 400.15 pence per share.  

Mr Marson's resultant share holding (including those of his connected persons) has reduced by 0.01% of issued share capital as a result of these transactions and is currently 657,676 ordinary shares representing 0.14% of issued share capital.   

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above transaction.  The transaction took place in Bristol on 9^th September 2010.
