The Company announces that Stuart Louden a director/person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company has exercised an option under the 2013 Save As You Earn Scheme to purchase ordinary shares of 4p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Immediately on exercise Stuart Louden transferred 1073 ordinary shares at nil cost to his wife Catherine Louden who is a Person Closely Associated with him.  The exercise took place on 23 May 2018 at a price of £6.986 per Ordinary Share.
