The Company announces that David Davies a director/persons discharging managerial responsibility in the Company has exercised an option to purchase ordinary shares of 4p each ("Ordinary Shares") under the 2016 Save As You Earn Scheme. The exercise took place on 3 June 2019 at a price of £10.28 per Ordinary Share. No shares have been sold on the market.
