The Company announces that Christopher Hill a director/person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company has transferred 21,023 ordinary shares at nil cost to his wife Vanessa Hill who is a Person Closely Associated with him. The transfer took place on 10 February 2021 and has not altered the total beneficial holding of Mr Hill and his connected persons.
