Hargreaves Lansdown announces that Andrew Christian has resigned from the company with immediate effect. Andrew was a Director of two of the Group's subsidiary companies.
Chief Executive Peter Hargreaves said "Andrew has worked for the firm for 19 years and been responsible for building up our stockbroking business. He leaves on extremely friendly terms. We all wish Andrew the best for the future and thank him for all the work he has carried out for Hargreaves Lansdown over the years."
Mr Christian's shareholding in the Group remains subject to the lock up provisions he entered into when Hargreaves Lansdown floated in May 2007. In addition, Mr Christian has advised the Board he has no intention of selling any of his shareholding in Hargreaves Lansdown in the near future.
