Board Changes at Hargreaves Lansdown plc

The Board of Hargreaves Lansdown plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Jayne Styles as an independent non-executive director and as Chairman of the Investment Committee with effect from 23^rd October 2015.

With over 25 years' investment experience, Jayne has been Amlin's Chief Investment Officer since 2002, where she directs investment: strategy, governance and operations for their £4.25bn global multi-asset, multi-manager portfolios.  She is also a member of the Amlin Management Committee that sets corporate strategy for the Group. 

Prior to joining Amlin, Jayne worked as an independent management consultant. She was previously Head of International Equities at Halifax Fund Management Limited. Jayne is an Associate of the Chartered Financial Analyst Society of the UK, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, as well as a qualified Executive Coach.
