Listing Rule 9.6.14

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that Michael Evans, Non-Executive Chairman of Hargreaves Lansdown plc, was appointed Non-Executive Director of esure Group plc with effect from 10^th June 2013. 

He has also been Non-Executive Director of Chesnara plc since 4^th March 2013, and is Non-Executive Director of CBRE Global Investors Group (UK) Limited.
