Listing Rule 9.6.14

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that Stephen Robertson, Non-Executive Director of Hargreaves Lansdown plc, was appointed Non-Executive Director of Clipper Logistics plc in May 2014.  Clipper Logistics plc today listed on the London Stock Exchange.

He is also Non-Executive Director of Timpson Group plc.
