Listing Rule 9.6.14

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that Mike Evans, Non-Executive Chairman of Hargreaves Lansdown plc, was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Zoopla Property Group with effect from 22^nd May 2014.  Zoopla Property Group plc will be admitted on the London Stock Exchange on 23^rd June 2014.

Mr Evans has advised that he will be standing down from the Board of CBRE Global Investors Group (UK) Limited on 15 July 2014.
