Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that on 17 May 2022, Ann Jones, the wife of Chris Jones, Non-Executive Director and PDMR, sold 9,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 564 pence each. The shares were immediately repurchased by Mrs Jones into an ISA at 564.4 pence each.

Following this transaction, Chris Jones' aggregate beneficial holding is unchanged at 79,369 Ordinary Shares representing 0.25%.
