Hargreaves Services plc announces that on 23 December 2019, Gordon Banham, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 14,250 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 290 pence per share.  Following this purchase, Mr Banham's total holding is 2,646,825 shares, representing 8.20% of the Company's issued share capital.
