Hargreaves Services plc announces that it was notified on 18 October 2017 that Alexandra Samuel, a Person Closely Associated with John Samuel (incoming Group Finance Director), has earlier the same day acquired 28,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Hargreaves Services plc at a price of 350.39 pence per share.  Following this purchase John Samuel and his Persons Closely Associated hold 28,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
