Hargreaves Services plc announces that on 24 October 2018, Gayle Mulvaney, Group Treasurer, exercised options over 4,787 ordinary shares in Hargreaves Services plc at a price of nil pence per share.  These options were granted under the Company's 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme.  These shares were sold at £3.10 per ordinary share.
