Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2024 have been posted to shareholders and are available to download from the investor section of the Company's website here.

The Company's AGM will be held on 30 October 2024 at 11.00 am at Prior's Hall Durham Cathedral, Durham, DH1 3EH.
