Hargreaves Services plc announces that on 18 October 2017, Andrew Robertson, General Counsel and Company Secretary, exercised options over 12,234 ordinary shares in Hargreaves Services plc at a price of nil pence per share.  These options were granted under the Company's 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme.  These shares were immediately sold at £3.50 per ordinary share.
