Hargreaves Services plc announces that on 23 October 2017, Julie Haynes, Managing Director, Industrial Services, exercised options over 13,159 ordinary shares in Hargreaves Services plc at a price of nil pence per share.  These options were granted under the Company's 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme.  These shares were immediately sold at £3.50 per ordinary share.
