The Company was notified on 11 January 2011 that, following a purchase of Ordinary Shares, JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc., via JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, indirectly holds 10,779,000 Ordinary Shares (with an equivalent number of voting rights) which represent approximately 14.53 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
