Resignation of Director
The Board of InfraStrata plc (AIM:INFA), the independent petroleum exploration and gas storage company, announces that Craig Gouws has tendered his resignation as CFO of the Company.
Mr Gouws, who joined the Board in July 2007, is planning on moving overseas in the Autumn at the end of his notice period. The Board has put in place a suitable process for recruiting a new CFO for the Company and will make a further announcement on this in due course.
Ken Ratcliff, the Chairman of InfraStrata plc said:
"The Board has reluctantly accepted the resignation of CFO Craig Gouws but understands the compelling personal reasons that lead him to relocate to Australia. Craig has been a key member of our small, dedicated executive team and we have particularly benefited from his technical knowledge and experience as the Company evolved organically and through the application of IFRS accounting requirements.
Craig will be proactively assisting with the recruitment of his successor and overseeing the necessary period of transition. On behalf of the Board of Directors I would like to thank Craig for his contribution and to wish him good fortune for the future."
