C Shares commencement of dealings

Further to the announcement on 12 October 2022, Harmony Energy Income Trust plc is pleased to announce that the new C Shares have today been admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of London Stock Exchange plc's main market ("Admission"). The C Shares will trade under the ticker "HEIC" (ISIN: GB00BLNNFZ25).

Total Voting Rights

Following admission of 14,771,364 C Shares at 8 a.m. today, the Company will have 210,000,000 Ordinary Shares in issue and 14,771,364 C Shares in issue, each with equal voting rights. The total number of Ordinary and C Shares with voting rights in issue immediately following Admission will be 224,771,364. The figure 224,771,364 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
