Winner of the Utility Scale Storage Project of the Year Award
Harmony Energy Income Trust plc, which invests in battery energy storage systems ("BESS") in Great Britain, is pleased to announce that it has won the Utility Scale Storage Project of the Year award at the Solar & Storage Live Awards 2023.
HEIT's winning entry nominated the Pillswood project in Hull, which is one of the largest BESS in Europe by MWh at 196 MWh (98 MW). Pillswood has also recently won the "Grid-scale Standalone Energy Storage Project of the Year" award at the Energy Storage Awards as well as "Best Renewable Energy Project in the Humber Area" at the Humber Renewables Awards.
