Issue of Warrants and Total Voting Rights

Further to the Company's announcement on 12 July 2016 regarding the appointment of Beaufort Securities Limited ("Beaufort Securities") as Joint Broker to the Company, the Company announces that, at part of Beaufort Securities appointment, it committed to issue, in aggregate, 466,667 warrants over ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Broker Warrants"). The Broker Warrants are separated into two tranches as set out below, both of which are exercisable immediately:

Exercise of warrants and total voting rights

Separately, the Company announces that it has received an exercise notice from one of its warrantholders for the exercise of 166,500 warrants over Ordinary Shares with an exercise price of 8.8 pence per warrant. Accordingly, 166,500 new Ordinary Shares have been issued to this warrantholder.

Application has been made for admission of these 166,500 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 7 September 2016. Following Admission, there will be a total of 94,157,702 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company holds no shares in treasury. Shareholders should therefore use the figure of 94,157,702 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules

Following the issue of the Broker Warrants and the exercise referred to above, the Company has a total of 17,113,887 warrants in issue.
