The following amendments have been made to the 'Result of GM' announcement released on 12 January 2016 under RNS Number 5500L.
Both the number of Ordinary Shares in issue and the total number of voting rights in the Company, following Admission of the Second Placing Shares, have been amended, as a result of a registrar error, to 87,991,202. In addition, the announcement has been amended to include the number of Second Placing Shares being admitted to trading on AIM and the issue price, which is 5,642,009 Ordinary Shares at an issue price of 7.5 pence (post-consolidation) per Ordinary Share.
All other details remain unchanged.

Result of GM
The Company announces that all resolutions put forward at its General Meeting held earlier today, as set out in the formal Notice of General Meeting dated 9 December 2015, were duly approved by Shareholders. As a result, Admission of 5,642,009 Second Placing Shares, at an issue price of 7.5 pence per Ordinary Share (post-consolidation), will be become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 13 January 2016.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission of the Second Placing Shares, the Company will have 87,991,202 Ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.
The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company following Admission will be 87,991,202. These figures may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Capitalised terms in this announcement carry the same meaning as those defined in the Placing announcement dated 12 November 2015.
