       RJB Mining PLC Acquisition of CIM Holdings

RJB Mining advises that their offer for CIM Resources
Limited of Australia, launched on 9th April 1999, has
been declared unconditional as to acceptances.  As at the
22nd July 1999 acceptances to the offer had been received
from 84.39% of CIM shareholders, relating to 75.27% of
CIM's listed share capital.
