Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons 

To comply with DTR 3.1.4, the Company advises that it was notified on 8 September 2011 that following the purchase on 8 September 2011 of 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 43.7 pence per share, Owen Michaelson (Managing Director, Property) now has an interest in 62,366 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.021% of the total shares in issue.
