The Company notes the recent rise in its share price.  The Company confirms
that it has received a preliminary approach which may, or may not, lead to an
offer being made for the Company.  The Company emphasises that discussions are
at an exploratory stage and accordingly there can be no certainty that any
offer will be forthcoming.
