Harworth sells further plot at Logistics North
Harworth Group plc ("Harworth" or the "Company"), the brownfield regeneration and property investment specialist, has today completed the sale of 43.71 acres at its flagship Logistics North development to a leading company for £22.5 million.
Highlights
· Harworth has completed the freehold sale of 43.71 acres at its flagship Logistics North development in Bolton to a leading company for a gross purchase price of £22.5 million
· Adjacent to Junction 4 of the M61, Logistics North provides the ideal location for a regional distribution facility for the purchaser as this leading firm expands its North West presence
· The deal is the sixth at Logistics North, following freehold land sales to Aldi, MBDA, Joy Global and Exeter Property Group and Harworth's forward funding agreement with M&G to build two large commercial units on their behalf
