TLA (AIM: TLA), a leading athlete representation and sports marketing business, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2013 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM is to be held at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP at 100 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1BN, at 11am on Friday 13 June 2014.
