Donald Malter appointed as CFO of TLA
TLA Worldwide plc (AIM: TLA), the athlete representation and sports marketing business,
today announces that Donald Malter (age 48), has become CFO of the Company and joins its board with immediate effect.
Donald was previously CFO (North America) for BMG Chyrsalis since 2010, a joint venture between private equity firm, KKR and European media conglomerate, Bertelsmann. Prior to this he was CFO (North America) for Dimensional Music Publishing, LLC, a private equity backed music publishing house for 5 years. A financial veteran of the media and entertainment industry since 1991, Donald brings his private equity, operations and financial management skills to TLA.
Donald succeeds current CFO Gareth Jones, who is leaving the Company on or around 1 October to pursue personal interests outside of finance.
