Hays plc announces that Mr Pierre Danon, a Non-Executive Director of the company
has decided to resign from the Board of Hays plc on 30 April 2004. Hays is
focusing its business activities on specialist recruitment and Mr Danon has
taken this decision to enable him to join the Board of Emap plc as he wishes to
develop his exposure to the media sector.
Bob Lawson, Chairman of Hays plc, said:
'We thank Pierre for his contribution to Hays over the past two and a half
years, fully understand his reason for resigning and wish him well. We have
instructed search consultants to seek a suitable successor.'
