Christopher Taylor will be standing down as a non-executive Director after nine
years of service at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held at
12 noon on 23 November 2004.



Bob Lawson, Chairman commented as follows:



'Christopher has chaired the Audit Committee throughout the period and ensured
consistency of reporting and the highest standards.  Christopher has been an
incisive and challenging non-executive Director and I wish him a very happy and
fulfilling retirement'.
