Hays plc confirms that Richard Smelt retired as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday 11 November 2015.  The Board wish to thank Mr Smelt for his many years of service to the Company and wish him well for the future.
