The circular relating to the disposal of the trading operations and certain
assets of the logistics division and notice of extraordinary general meeting
(the 'Circular') has been posted to Hays plc shareholders.  A copy of the
Circular has been submitted for public inspection at the offices of Freshfields
Bruckhaus Deringer, 65 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1HS and at the Document Viewing
